1.2 group messaging within the reserved area;

1.3 download teaching materials;

1.4 communications and technical and operational instructions for conducting the courses;

1.6 issuing digital certificates of participation (open badges) or of participation and achievement (competence badges).

2. Data provided voluntarily by the Public Administration and private companies.

Processed data: first name, last name, tax code, and institutional/company email address of all employees identified by the public and private employer. In this case, the legal basis for data processing is the contract between PA360 and the individual Public Administration and/or private company that, as employers, provides appropriate specific training to their employees. Users, as specified above, have the right to provide their personal data, but failure to provide it will prevent access, use, and delivery of online games or access to in-person courses, synchronous webinars, and e-learning courses.

3. Data collected during navigation, access, and operation of the service.

Personal data is generated by technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, statistics, and third-party embeds. These processes are used to monitor and guarantee the service itself.
Users have the option to provide their personal data, but failure to do so compromises access, use, and provision of online services.

By optionally entering personal data in the contact form, the user consents to their use to respond to the information requests indicated in the form.
