Open and Competence Badges: Internationally Valid Digital Certificates
The online courses and educational video games for adult learners and students are formally certified by PA360 Training on skills®.
Both serious games and e-learning courses include learning assessment tests designed to evaluate progress on individual transversal skills.
If successful, participants receive a digital certificate of participation and achievement (competence badge). If not, they still receive a digital certificate of participation (open badge).
Our digital badges are internationally recognised, as they comply with the 1EdTech technological standard. You can add them to your CV and social media profiles (such as LinkedIn) to objectively certify your personal skills, abilities, and the progress you’ve made in developing your competencies.

Blockchain-Certified Soft and Life Skills Training
Each participant’s progress is recorded through blockchain-certified digital badges, containing structured personal data that is secure, portable, and verifiable in real time.
Our open and competence badges objectively qualify learning outcomes achieved in various formal, informal and non-formal contexts—becoming a key tool for building an employee's or student's training record.
Blockchain technology adds further value to our digital badges by ensuring the authenticity and integrity of the information they contain, whilst also providing a transparent and objective process for certifying personal skills and abilities.

Advanced reporting
PA360 Training on Skills® also provides an advanced reporting service.
Company representatives can download reports from both the e-learning and edugaming platforms, certifying the hours of training completed for each course and training game—broken down by individual employees, employee groups, and the entire company staff.
It is also possible to download our digital certificates in bulk and automatically in PDF format (zipped) and store them in dedicated folders organised by year, training courses, video games, and employees.
With just a few simple queries, you can quickly and easily build a comprehensive archive—an essential tool for creating the training record of your entire organisation.
3 Assessment Levels
If requested, PA360 Training on skills® can also issue competence badges for training games, divided into 3 assessment levels (gold, silver, bronze).
This approach enables progress in mastering individual transversal skills to be tracked, while also allowing differentiation among those who have successfully completed the serious games based on their scores.
In doing so, both private and public organisations can avoid standardising final evaluations and instead introduce meaningful merit-based distinctions—potentially linked to differentiated rewards or career advancement opportunities.
