Open and Competence Badges: Internationally Valid Digital Certificates
The online courses and training video games for adults and students are formally certified by PA360 Training on skills®.
Both serious games and e-learning courses include learning assessment tests designed to evaluate progress on individual transversal skills.
If successful, participants receive a digital certificate of participation and achievement (competence badge). If not, they still receive a digital certificate of participation (open badge).
Both digital badges (open and competence) are internationally valid as they comply with the 1EDTECH technological standard and can be included in your CV and social media profiles (LinkedIn, etc.) to objectively certify your personal skills and abilities and the improvement of your competencies.
Blockchain-Certified Soft and Life Skills Training
Each participant’s progress is recorded through blockchain- blockchain-certified digital badges, containing structured personal data that is secure, portable, and verifiable in real time.
Open and competence badges objectively qualify the representation of learning outcomes achieved in various possible formal, informal, and non-formal contexts, becoming a fundamental support for building the employee or student's training file
The certification of digital certificates using blockchain technology constitutes a further added value, as it guarantees absolute and total certainty of the information contained in the digital badge (fungibility and non-transferability), within an adequate and objective skills certification.
Advanced reporting
The integrated digital training offer Soft & Life skills also includes the advanced reporting.
The company representative can download reports from both the e-learning and edugaming platforms certifying the hours of training completed for individual asynchronous courses and training games, individual employees, groups of employees, and all company personnel.
It is also possible to download our digital certificates in bulk and automatically in PDF format (zipped) and store them in dedicated folders organised by year, training courses, video games, and employees.
Through simple queries, it is thus possible to quickly and easily create a fundamental archive for building the training file for the entire company population.
3 Assessment Levels
Optionally and only upon request from interested companies and organizations, in relation to the training games PA360 Training on skills® also issues competence badges divided into 3 evaluation levels (gold, silver, bronze).
This approach enables progress in mastering individual transversal skills to be tracked, while also allowing differentiation among those who have successfully completed the serious games based on their scores.
In doing so, both private and public organisations can avoid standardising final evaluations and instead introduce meaningful merit-based distinctions—potentially linked to differentiated rewards or career advancement opportunities.
