Quality Policy

PA360 Training on Skills is an HR training academy operating within the EdTech and Edugaming sectors. We are dedicated to meeting the emerging training needs of the market, focusing particularly on soft and life skills. Our multilingual courses are delivered through advanced technology and are designed for a global audience.

Recognising that quality is fundamentally about client and user satisfaction, the Company Management has implemented and certified a Quality Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. This system ensures an appropriate level of quality in the products and services we deliver thanks to rigorous documentation. This enables us to consistently meet client needs and guarantee ethical conduct in all customer relations.

To achieve and sustain these objectives over time, our management team has allocated, and will continue to allocate, the necessary technical, financial and human resources, as we believe that continuous improvement is essential for the company to remain competitive, grow and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Management is also committed to setting clear objectives and strategies, documenting them, and communicating them to ensure the Quality Policy is understood and applied at every company level.

PA360 Training on skills is therefore committed to:

  • acting in full compliance with all current national and international laws and regulations applicable to the specific sector of activity;

  • pursuing continual improvement of results through the application of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard;

  • increaseing customer satisfaction by translating their needs and expectations into process requirements;

  • keeping the quality of services provided under control through systematic monitoring of processes and outputs;

  • improving internal effectiveness and efficiency by adopting best operational and organizational procedures, using available technologies;

  • measuring the performance of the Quality Management System through the analysis of data and feedback information received from the company feedback system;

  • ensuring employee satisfaction and motivation,satisfaction and motivation, supported by structured training programmes in technical disciplines and quality-related topics at all organisational levels;

  • maintaining and developing know-how through continuous training and professional development activities.

  • promoting the involvement of human resources through meetings and awareness-raising sessions on the importance of each activity in achieving objectives, while fostering leadership and risk-based thinking in process management;

  • consolidating relationships with selected suppliers to ensure they maintain the achieved level of quality and to reduce the risks of business crises and the risks of non-conforming products and/or services;

  • demonstrating proper application of the Quality Management System through certification by an independent third‑party body;

  • paying attention, including in the design and execution of training activities, to raising awareness of ethical issues such as, for example, diversity, equality, inclusion, respect for others, anti-discriminatory behaviour (ethnicity, religion, sex, age, political and personal beliefs, etc.), as well as the rejection and opposition to any form of violence (physical and verbal), and the use of narcotics and alcohol;

  • ensuring the necessary standards for the security of managed data.

To ensure the organisation's progress and improvement in quality standards, a Quality Manager has been appointed, reporting directly to Management.

All company personnel have the duty and right to contribute to the achievement of the corporate objectives defined by Company Management in line with their responsibilities and competencies. Company Management guarantees the provision of the necessary resources for their fulfilment.

The company's specific objectives are set out in the “Objectives and Improvement Plan", , which is issued and updated annually.
