Through immersive scenarios, we train 28 key soft skills (LINK), including problem solving, leadership, stress management, and artificial intelligence. Each achievement is certified through Open and Competence Badges 3.0, protected by blockchain technology and valid internationally.

Going beyond any reflection, according to the World Economic Forum in its update of "The Future of Jobs Report 2025", soft skills represent, in all respects, a top priority for companies all over the world.
The study highlighted some particularly striking findings:
